TPO
FOR FLAT OR LOW-SLOPED ROOFS
Thermoplastic polyolefin, more commonly known as TPO, is a strong but thin roofing membrane used in flat roof and low-sloped roof applications.
One of the greatest benefits of TPO roofing is its energy efficiency. The heat-reflective material keeps the building from trapping in the sun’s energy. Also, TPO has a long life and proven durability, making it ideal for use in larger industrial applications.
As with all of our flat roofing options, TPO creates a safe barrier across the entire roof, locking out moisture thereby protecting the interior structure and frame from water damage. TPO has a higher cost that traditional rubber roofing, but it’s long life and durability makes it an obvious choice for many industrial and commercial locations with a large flat or low-sloped roof.
